Clima social en la empresa
Europe is now close to monetary union, but is still not able to reduce its high levels of unemployment. The authors of this research on the social climate in the companies note the existence of different “speeds” in their development, which makes it impossible to speak of “euro-employees” as a uniform concept. The study was carried out in Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and the U.S. It also shows conservative attitudes among the workers in defending the maintenance of jobs, generated by the job crisis. These results come from an analysis of aspects such as commitment to the company, outlook with respect to dismissal or attitudes to new technologies and their effect on employment. The methodology is based on surveys carried out by samples among the target group: employees.
